RELAW: Revitalizing W̱SÁNEĆ Law through Stories As part of a larger effort by the Tsawout First Nation and West Coast Environmental Law RELAW Project to revitalize W̱SÁNEĆ law, Shauna Johnson and Joshua James collected a series of W̱SÁNEĆ stories which Johnson and Kerry Sloan then distilled into a legal framework representing W̱SÁNEĆ’s core legal concepts. W̱SÁNEĆ Members Only – W̱SÁNEĆ Leadership Forum Presentations On April 11, 2024, leadership and Elders from the W̱SÁNEĆ communities gathered for a Leadership Forum (the Forum) to view presentations on strategic ways of working together to ensure a bright and prosperous future for the W̱SÁNEĆ community.
